Functional Fitness

Functional fitness in a group training atmosphere.

Our Functional Fitness classes are a great way to achieve any level of fitness you desire - from being able to play with your grandkids or competing in a competition - in a community atmosphere. A typical class involves working through a WOD (Workout of the Day), which includes a variety of movements that will challenge you.

We will help you.

A coach is always available at each class to teach correct form and modify workouts as needed to help you individually achieve your goals. Our coaches have many years of experience.

Equipment for all fitness levels.

Barbells, kettle bells, wall balls, bikes, rowers, pull-up rig, ropes, and boxes are some of the equipment used in a typical Functional Fitness class.

Functional fitness for kids.

Kid-Fit is designed with the kid in mind. Perfect for ages 7-14, kids will be coached on fitness, health and athletics in a fun and safe environment.

I go to be a better me.

I don't go to be the best, the strongest or even the fittest. I go to be a better me than I was the last time I walked through the door. I work as hard as I can, the best I can, for as long as I can, knowing that whether I finish first or last, my fitness family will be there, supporting me to the very last repetition.
